In October of 2002 the owner of Balance Staffing Services, Robert Feinstein, and Matt Peach joined forces in a new undertaking; Extreme Clean. Extreme Clean operated as an entity of Staffing Solutions, Inc. / MFD Services, Inc. As a part of Staffing Solutions, Inc. / MFD Services, Inc., Extreme Clean benefited of the strong financial support as well as the recruitment skills for professional and temporary staffing. With MFD Service’s solid background and Matt Peach’s experience in the cleaning industry, they began targeting the event industry.

Though the ownership remained with Robert Feinstein and Matt Peach, in December 2005, Extreme Clean incorporated and became financially and operationally independent from MFD Services.

Today, Extreme Clean USA, Inc. has become a provider of cleaning services to Motor Sports facilities, State and County Fairs County Fairs, Walt Disney World, Western & Southern Financial Tennis Tournament and a variety of special events.

About Us

Extreme Clean USA, Inc. is partly owned and entirely operated by Matt Peach. Prior to starting Extreme Clean, Matt was sure to get all the right credentials to create the most diverse background necessary to be successful in the event and venue cleaning industry. Matt’s passion for cleaning was instilled in him by his father where he was involved in their family-owned and operated business since 1976. This is where he learned the basic applications of different cleaning techniques and equipment.

After his move to Florida in 1991, Matt joined the Walt Disney World Resort. Here he managed numerous departments, including the day and night custodial activities at the Magic Kingdom. Working for the Walt Disney World Special Events Team Matt managed projects such as the Walt Disney World Marathon, Lake Eola in the Park Event and the 25th Anniversary Celebration of the Magic Kingdom. Matt was one of the key players in the involvement of all phases of the implementation of custodial functions at the inaugural race of the "INDY 200" at Walt Disney World Resort. His construction knowledge was put back into place when Matt was involved in the construction cleaning of Mickey's Toon Town, the New Tomorrow Land, and the Animal Kingdom.

Matt joined Cleanevent USA, Inc. in the summer of 1998. He was initially put in charge of the construction cleaning efforts of the newly built Raymond James Stadium. After the first season there, Matt was promoted to Regional Manager, which put him charge of the overall operations for high profile events such as various NASCAR races at Talladega Superspeedway, Daytona International Speedway, Richmond International Speedway, and Las Vegas Motor Speedway. With his knowledge of detailed facility cleaning, Matt’s portfolio included venues such as New York Yankees Legends Field, the Orlando Centroplex Facilities, Tropicana Field and Alltel Stadium. In 2000 Matt joined the cleaning operations at Stadium Australia during the 2000 Sydney Olympics. There he was responsible for turning the 110,000-seat facility around on a daily basis, as well as cleaning the entire facility between events.

In 2002 founded Extreme Clean USA, Inc. where he was able to dedicate himself to customer satisfaction, and express his knowledge and enthusiasm in cleaning management and recycling. These attributes have ensured him a good reputation in the cleaning industry. During the past 10 years, Extreme Clean USA, Inc. has added a variety of customers to our client base, including fairs and motorsports venues. It is his experience in the event cleaning industry and the core values of cleanliness he learned at Walt Disney World Resort that make Matt a dedicated business owner to all who work with and for him.
